Chelsea was absolutely brilliant! It was my first time dress shopping, and I was so pleased with not only the surplus of choices they had, but her energetic and warm demeanour. From the first phone call with Chelsea I knew it would be my favourite store. All I can say is "wow". I've been a bridesmaid 8 times, and have been a part of SO many shopping trips to stores all around the Okanagan to help my girls find their dresses. When I finally got engaged, I knew I had to start with Cande Bridal (and boy was I right!). The experience was incredible - you get the whole store to yourselves for such an intimate feel, and the consultants truly listen to you. Mariia was amazing, and was able to make me and my guests feel so comfortable! She was patient with me (and the peanut gallery I brought along) while keeping things fun, and helped me find my absolute dream dress. They have SO many dress options, and didn't make me feel judged by my budget either! The shop is also gorgeous; light, bright, and fun while still being warm and inviting. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about their whole team, the store, and the designers they work with! Picking up my dress was also a great experience; they let me know right away when it was in, scheduling my pick-up appointment was easy peasy (thanks Chelsea!), and they even helped talk me through veils/accessories while I had my dress on. They made all my dress shopping dreams come true, and I would give 6 stars if it would let me!

This was my least favourite experience of the 3 Kelowna stores I hit this day. Nothing was terrible, we just felt like the salesperson asked a lot of questions but not for the purpose of figuring out what style I liked. “what store did you go to, did you find dresses you liked? This dress would be $1500, what was the cost of the dresses at the other stores? What is the next store you’re going to?” It cost $30 to try on dresses here for an 1.5hr appointment and after 50 minutes she told me “I’ve brought you everything you might like” which was strange. I wasn’t really able to verbalize what I did and didn’t like about dresses but I never came off as picky or disappointed with what she put me in.

It was a brides worst nightmare and Cande came to my rescue! 36 hours before I was getting on a plane to NYC for my wedding, my custom wedding dress zipper broke and we had to cut me out of the dress! In a massive panic I contacted Cande for help. With the help of Lillian Wild they were able to get me in within the hour, altered a sample gown to fit me and even made a bow for the back of it (like my original dress had). Cande and Lillian Wild quite literally saved the day and I couldn’t be more grateful!

This was by far my favourite bridal boutique I have checked out in Kelowna. The space is so fun and the options are limitless. One thing I loved was the variety of gowns they carry and I'm confident that any bride would find a few numbers that made her shine and feel confident here. The best part about the experience was definitely Chelsea's service. She was so friendly, helpful, FUN, and really fit the vibe of my bridal party who came with me. It was also a very fun experience because the guests I brought each had a little sign to hold up saying whether the dress was a yes or no for them. The space is gorgeous, private and cozy. Sweet Masha helped me find my dream dress at Cande, she is absolutely the BEST. The whole vibe that the Cande Bridal Boutique has is wonderful, I love that it’s a private appointment and you are the only one in the store. I did have a good experience at Cande and would recommend future brides to go there. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars as the sample dresses that were there were way too small for me. I would encourage more size inclusiveness as it was hard for me to fall in love with a dress that I felt squished in and would have to order in to see if I did in fact love it. But other than that Big Shout Out to Marsha! She was incredibly kind and very helpful.

I don't have enough good things to say about my experience with Cande Bridal. They were my first appointment on my dress shopping journey and honestly should have been my only appointment. Cande provides an exclusive shopping experience, where you are the only priority, you are the only bride during your appointment time. I walked in a little nervous with no idea what I liked or what I wanted in a dress. Chelsea was my consultant and did an incredible job narrowing down what I liked/didn't like to really tailor my experience just by asking gentle questions with each dress I tried on. Amazing experience! I fell in love with a dress by Lillian Wild and reached out to their Instagram. I live in Prince George but happened to be going to Kelowna that weekend. Cande actually reached out to me to set up an appt for the Monday(although they were really busy they squeezed me in!) which was perfect because my mom was still in kelowna with me and was able to be there as well! From the minute we entered the boutique the ladies were welcoming and cheerful! They gave me multiple options to make sure I felt my absolute most confident self in the dresses. From the perfectly curated wedding playlist to the giant pampas décor, it is a gorgeous setting exclusive to you and your party.Chelsea is an absolute gem! I visited Cande Bridal Boutique third, and last, in a weekend of wedding dress shopping from out of town. While the other boutiques I visited earlier were very nice and the consultants helpful and professional, the “experience” in the first two stores paled in comparison to the experience I had at Cande. From the moment we walked in the door, we had the whole place to ourselves and were allowed and even encouraged to look through the dresses (something actively disallowed at the other stores.) Our consultant, Chelsea, was so friendly, funny, and personable that it made it feel like I was wedding dress shopping with the help of a friend, rather than a stranger.Before coming to Cande, I was struggling to find a wedding dress that felt “right” and the other stores didn’t seem to have much within my budget that I liked. However, after only a few moments at Cande, our consultant Chelsea had pulled several dresses I liked far better than anything I saw at the previous two stores. I felt like Chelsea really listened to what I wanted and selected so many beautiful choices for me that I honestly could have bought and been thrilled with 3 or 4 dresses I tried on that day. I eventually narrowed it down to one choice, and I am so excited to try it on again in a few months’ time. I would highly recommend Cande Bridal Boutique to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and cannot say more about how much I loved my experience there!

Amazing from the moment we walked in the door , my daughter was able to find her wedding dress, the care and attention that went into our appointment was fabulous. I’m a little late writing this review as I had an appointment at Cande Bridal in the middle of March. However, my experience at Cande Bridal was everything I had hoped it would be. I went to my appointment having no idea what I wanted but Alex and Chelsea were extremely helpful and listened to everything I had to say. The options were endless! The dress I chose was 1 of the first 2 I tried on but they still took the time to find multiple other dresses and styles to try on just to be sure. When I was starting to become a bit overwhelmed from all the dresses I was trying on, they had me try on 2 dresses that I would never pick, just to give my mind a break and to have a little additional fun! I would definitely 100% recommend Cande Bridal to everyone; the space is beautiful, the options felt endless, and the girls were amazing and we had lots of fun!

Fantastic experience. Yes, you need to pay $30 for your appointment but it was more than worth it. The space is gorgeous and they have a big variety of dresses and styles to choose from. Michelle was great and she felt like a friend. She listened to what I liked and disliked and brought me beautiful options. It was really nice having the whole space for me and my group. I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment at Cande.

My experience at Cande was nothing short of amazing! The boutique itself is so peaceful and beautifully designed and I loved that I had an opportunity to browse the dresses myself and pull a few to try on (something I didn't have a chance to do at some of the other boutiques I went). Both the owner and one of her Bridal Consultants were so friendly and encouraging and made me feel 100% confident and at ease - they were so complimentary and pulled dresses that completely aligned with my vision! I am so so happy with the dress I chose and look forward to trying it on again when it arrives!

The entire experience from booking my first appointment to picking up my dress was exactly what I wanted it to be. The atmosphere is very calming and warm. The girls were all so relaxed and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured at all, like I had in other shops. Carolina was so encouraging and sweet, and Michelle was incredibly patient and really helped me narrow things down - I’m pretty sure Michelle knew which dress was mine before I did. Picking up my dress when it came in was a breeze too, and they gave me some names/numbers to contact for my alterations which was so helpful! Everyone I interacted with was truly so genuine, and I felt like they really cared about me finding the right dress. Truly the best experience all around, from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things.

We found ourselves at Cande when my daughter-in-law's wedding dress didn't fit because of her ever growing baby bump and we were forced to find a replacement. We were frantic as the wedding was only a week or so away. We were squeezed in and pleasantly surprised by the help we got.I was worried when we stepped off the elevator as the boutique looked very exclusive. I didn't think this was the place for us. The consultant was absolutely amazing. She worked within our limited budget and treated us with the utmost respect.
