Had an early morning appointment with my cousin and we had a great time. The consultant was knowledgeable and very helpful in figuring out what style worked and any adjustments that could be made to any of the dresses. The location is beautiful inside in a subtle way that really lets the bride (and dresses) shine. We even loved the way the sun came through the windows. I will recommend this shop to any brides I know.

Chelsea, one of the consultants, is so bubbly and kind. I ended up purchasing my wedding dress with Cande. Their little boutique is a gorgeous space and they have a nice variety of dresses in a reasonable price range. I first heard about them through my best friend, as I went with her for her appointment 2 years ago and she also got her dress here. Found a beautiful dress at Cande that I knew was the one. I visited several shops locally in Vancouver afterwards, but nothing matched what I saw at Cande. I was there 3 times in total but it was worth it. There was some bumps in the road re miscommunication and an issue that was out of their hands, but my stylist Chelsea was amazing none the less and Andrea helped iron out the issues we had, so overall, we were very pleased and happy with the services!

I picked up my dress today and there was a small miscommunication with some of the styling that could be changed at time or ordering. This team worked so hard to make sure my dress was still prefect for me and was immediately willing to make it right. I couldn’t have dreamt of a better dress shopping experience. They were successful in helping me find my dream dress and were able to suggest options that would suit my figure. Each employee we interacted with made us feel so valued, respected and important to their business. Cande bridal creates an enchanting wedding dress experience by having an intimate, bright space for you and your loved ones. The staff are all beyond friendly and knowledgable. Cande bridal boutique is where I purchased my wedding dress from for my June 8, 2024 wedding. This was the first bridal shop I visited and I found my dress during my first visit. Although I did not say “yes to the dress” that first day, I was comparing every single dress to that one at the few other bridal shops I visited after and knew that was THE dress. My bridal consultant at Cande was Chelsea and she made the experience so memorable and fun! At Cande they reserve the entire boutique for you which makes the experience that much more intimate and special to share with your friends/family while you find the wedding dress of your dreams. They have a wide variety of different styles to try on and truly every single one of their gowns are stunning. I HIGHLY recommend you visit Cande bridal.

Cande Bridal was to be the first wedding dress shop we visited, but it turned out we didn’t need to go anywhere else! My future daughter-in-law found her dream dress that day. The attendants were lovely, the dresses exquisite, and the prices excellent. They close the shop during your appointment, so you have their full attention, and you feel as though the whole experience warrants much higher-priced gowns. However, they keep their prices reasonable, and with their lovely selection, it is possible to find exactly what you’re looking for. I highly recommend this wedding dress boutique! Candè is such a beautiful and modern bridal studio. I was blown away when we walked in with how bright and dreamy their space is. I loved that we had the entire space to ourselves, really making the experience so personalized. They carry such a beautiful assortment of wedding dresses. Masha was my personal consultant and she did such an incredible job at listening and picking out the most beautiful dresses for me. Masha was so kind, thoughtful and patient as I went in knowing nothing about dress shopping or dresses but she found the exact style I was after. My experience was 10/10. I honestly can't rave enough about Cande Bridal Boutique! The space is so beautiful and bright and I love the fact that it only allows for one Bridal party at a time so you feel cared for and honestly the experience is so special. Chelsea helped me pick my absolutely dream wedding dress and was so amazing! She was very thorough with explaining how the appointment would go kept me informed throughout. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and truly helped me feel so beautiful we laughed, we cried and overall it was an amazing experience. After my appointment I was torn between two dresses and never felt pressured to make a decision. I came back later and re-tried some dresses and finally found the one! Both appointments were incredible and both times Chelsea made me feel so amazing, like I had another friend along side me helping me through my decision. 5 Stars, 10 out of 10 experience!

Chelsea was absolutely brilliant! It was my first time dress shopping, and I was so pleased with not only the surplus of choices they had, but her energetic and warm demeanour. From the first phone call with Chelsea I knew it would be my favourite store. All I can say is "wow". I've been a bridesmaid 8 times, and have been a part of SO many shopping trips to stores all around the Okanagan to help my girls find their dresses. When I finally got engaged, I knew I had to start with Cande Bridal (and boy was I right!). The experience was incredible - you get the whole store to yourselves for such an intimate feel, and the consultants truly listen to you. Mariia was amazing, and was able to make me and my guests feel so comfortable! She was patient with me (and the peanut gallery I brought along) while keeping things fun, and helped me find my absolute dream dress. They have SO many dress options, and didn't make me feel judged by my budget either! The shop is also gorgeous; light, bright, and fun while still being warm and inviting. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about their whole team, the store, and the designers they work with! Picking up my dress was also a great experience; they let me know right away when it was in, scheduling my pick-up appointment was easy peasy (thanks Chelsea!), and they even helped talk me through veils/accessories while I had my dress on. They made all my dress shopping dreams come true, and I would give 6 stars if it would let me!

It was a brides worst nightmare and Cande came to my rescue! 36 hours before I was getting on a plane to NYC for my wedding, my custom wedding dress zipper broke and we had to cut me out of the dress! In a massive panic I contacted Cande for help. With the help of Lillian Wild they were able to get me in within the hour, altered a sample gown to fit me and even made a bow for the back of it (like my original dress had). Cande and Lillian Wild quite literally saved the day and I couldn’t be more grateful!

This was by far my favourite bridal boutique I have checked out in Kelowna. The space is so fun and the options are limitless. One thing I loved was the variety of gowns they carry and I'm confident that any bride would find a few numbers that made her shine and feel confident here. The best part about the experience was definitely Chelsea's service. She was so friendly, helpful, FUN, and really fit the vibe of my bridal party who came with me. It was also a very fun experience because the guests I brought each had a little sign to hold up saying whether the dress was a yes or no for them. The space is gorgeous, private and cozy. Masha was able to hand select a handful of dresses - 2 of which were final contenders resulting in the purchase of my dress.There was a bit of miscommunication and confusion on the rush order fees and appointment fees, however, when brought to the owner's attention, she professionally provided an explanation and clarity.I would recommend visiting Cande bridal boutique if you're searching for a wedding dress - literally a one stop shop!

I did have a good experience at Cande and would recommend future brides to go there. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars as the sample dresses that were there were way too small for me. I would encourage more size inclusiveness as it was hard for me to fall in love with a dress that I felt squished in and would have to order in to see if I did in fact love it. But other than that Big Shout Out to Marsha! She was incredibly kind and very helpful.

Cande provides an exclusive shopping experience, where you are the only priority, you are the only bride during your appointment time. I can’t emphasize how amazing it is to have people that are able to match + enhance your vision of the perfect dress and then also juggle all the personalities of the group that you bring with you. This was the very first store I went to when I started my dress shopping experience. I only partially knew what I wanted and I was very nervous for my appointment. I must say that I am SO happy this is where it all began.First off the store is beautiful!! It’s also a very private experience with only your group and no other shoppers in store which helped a lot with my nerves. The girls were AMAZING and so much fun and immediately made me feel comfortable. They took all my ideas and were able to help sort out what exactly I was looking for. They know how to make you feel beautiful and kept every step of the experience lively and fun. I highly recommend this store!!

I had the most amazing experience at Cande Bridal. I've had two visits here and they were both incredible. My first appointment I was helped by Adriana, and for my second one I was with Chelsea. Both of them were lovely and made me feel super comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. They were the utmost professional, and the shop itself has a beautiful selection of gowns and all around just good vibes. Needless to say, I said yes to my dress at Cande!

Amazing experience! I fell in love with a dress by Lillian Wild and reached out to their Instagram. I live in Prince George but happened to be going to Kelowna that weekend. Cande actually reached out to me to set up an appt for the Monday(although they were really busy they squeezed me in!) which was perfect because my mom was still in kelowna with me and was able to be there as well! From the minute we entered the boutique the ladies were welcoming and cheerful! They gave me multiple options to make sure I felt my absolute most confident self in the dresses. I ended up choosing the very first one I loved from Instagram and a veil from Lillian Wild as well! Will cherish my experience today, it seemed asif it was “meant to be” and it was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you Cande!!

While I ultimately did not buy my dress from Cande, they were by far THE BEST boutique I have visited!The boutique is absolutely gorgeous. From the perfectly curated wedding playlist to the giant pampas décor, it is a gorgeous setting exclusive to you and your party.Chelsea is an absolute gem! She was genuinely interested in my and my partner's love story and everything she pulled was absolutely gorgeous. She is so friendly and so kind, it feels like you're shopping with an old friend rather than a consultant. Days later, my MOH and I couldn't stop talking about how much we loved Chelsea and how special the experience was for us.Highly recommend visiting this bridal gem in Kelowna!

I visited Cande Bridal Boutique third, and last, in a weekend of wedding dress shopping from out of town. While the other boutiques I visited earlier were very nice and the consultants helpful and professional, the “experience” in the first two stores paled in comparison to the experience I had at Cande. From the moment we walked in the door, we had the whole place to ourselves and were allowed and even encouraged to look through the dresses (something actively disallowed at the other stores.) Our consultant, Chelsea, was so friendly, funny, and personable that it made it feel like I was wedding dress shopping with the help of a friend, rather than a stranger.Before coming to Cande, I was struggling to find a wedding dress that felt “right” and the other stores didn’t seem to have much within my budget that I liked. However, after only a few moments at Cande, our consultant Chelsea had pulled several dresses I liked far better than anything I saw at the previous two stores. I felt like Chelsea really listened to what I wanted and selected so many beautiful choices for me that I honestly could have bought and been thrilled with 3 or 4 dresses I tried on that day. I eventually narrowed it down to one choice, and I am so excited to try it on again in a few months’ time. I would highly recommend Cande Bridal Boutique to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and cannot say more about how much I loved my experience there!
